Planning the perfect trip can be quite difficult! In addition to traditional travel agency services, an increasing number of guides and tools, such as online portals and apps, indeed can encourage self-organized journeys but also come to a limit in certain situations.
By the use of research and service design tools, I analyzed processes, stakeholders and touchpoints to define key opportunities in order to create a service that suits the personal, individual needs of a tourist.
